FALL isn’t just about planning for winter. It’s about reflecting on what worked and didn’t and planning for spring.
Following a reassessment with our Carlisle client, we renovated problem spots by removing grasses.
We replaced what wasn’t working with native ferns and another native plant known as, mountain cranberry or cow berry.
Both are better suited to the soil conditions on the site. This makes the plants more resilient to stress and disease. The right plant, right place principle helps us keep her site organic and beautiful!
